Received a 50% coupon from Reebok in the mail. Good from May 4th to May 20th 2018.

Used the site May 4th and would not accept the coupon. Sent an email to Reebok with the coupon code. Reply was they needed an actual screen shot of the site with the reason the coupon could not be used. Sent it and received and apology with a code for 25% off??

The Reebok.com website gives you the same 25% off just for using it? All I can say is customer service was very poor and they just lost me as a customer for good. Saucony or New Balance will be getting some business from me shortly as both products have always been great and the few times I needed customer service they actually addressed my complaint on the first email. What a concept!

Very disappointed as the price was outstanding with the discount and the shoes looked nice but maybe it saved me from buying shoes my wife and I would not have liked. Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully someone at Reebok might try and honor offers the company sends consumers in the mail or have a customer support department that would try and fix it not give you the same think you get for just using the online site.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Honor what you send out or at least have intelligent customer service reps.

Reebok Cons: Just a company that does not honor what it says.
