Reebok - No quality control or customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes online.They showed up several days later, but there were 2 different sizes.
Really! How the *** does that happen? When I called up the so called customer service, they said it would be days before they could do anything about it because they would have to contact their warehouse and "investigate what happened". Investigate what?
They didn't check the sizes plain and simple. Their immediate solution was for me to purchase another pair of shoes and deal with the problem later. Now they are delaying getting me a corrected order.
I am still waiting to get a promised phone call from a manager...been waiting 4 days now.These people are complete morons and I will never purchase from them again.
Monetary Loss: $60.
