Ordered a pair of customised Crossfit Nanos on the 8th December, nothing received and they said nothing had been passed on from the website to the warehouse!? Purchased first quality, not seconds Reebok underwear mens V-Neck black t-shirts ID#147 S13 / RN#87958 on a business trip. Wore 2 of them each once. I ordered a pair of shoes online. They showed up several days later, but there were 2 different sizes. Really! How the *** does that happen? When I called up the so called customer service, they said it would be days before they could do anything about it because they would have to contact their warehouse and "investigate what happened". This is my communication with Reebok - not impressed. My initial attempt at posting this on this forum was rejected because I couldn't list actual monetary value. Bought an expensive pair of shoes from Reebok. They got torn in 6 months and now the store is unwilling to repair / replace them. They are unwilling to take any responsibility and are directing me to a local vendor. I have worn Princess Reebok with leather uppers for over 20 years. I have tried other brands like New Balance and Nike but ALways come back to Princess for comfort. I just got my new yearly pair which I ordered online and I am very angry because they are NOT what I ordered. They have man made material uppers. Reebok leather athletic shoes...weird fault where the foam padding between the rubber sole and the insole which is sewn into the shoe has disintegrated in the heel area resulting in a 2 inch hollow. This hollow makes the shoe virtually unwearable. The shoes are in perfect condition otherwise.
