I purchased some Reebok underwear at a department store and they were defective. When I called customer service, they said that they could only help with an item purchased from the website. Once they ship a product to the store for retail sale, it is the store's responsibility to handle any issues. This makes me not want to purchase Reebok products again. Purchased first quality, not seconds Reebok underwear mens V-Neck black t-shirts ID#147 S13 / RN#87958 on a business trip. Wore 2 of them each once. I ordered a pair of shoes online. They showed up several days later, but there were 2 different sizes. Really! How the *** does that happen? This is my communication with Reebok - not impressed. My initial attempt at posting this on this forum was rejected because I couldn't list actual monetary value.
