I order a pair of shoes online and was sent the wrong size and in men's. I bought a Reebok high technology shoe on 29th December, 2013 at a whopping price of Rs.5,999/-. Since, its a world famous brand "Reebok" and comes at a price of approx. Got email to use a promo code to make zjets from $129.99 to $49.99. Promo worked at checkout. Then it wouldn't except payment of any kind. Customer service said sorry can't help. It seems there sending emails to get u to their sight then not honoring there promotions. Thumbs down to reebok. Add comment

Reebok Not Willing to Replace Flawed Sneakers

we purchased shoes from reebok showroom pacific mall ghaziabad. and in 15 days those were torned from front and were fully damaged. when we tried to contact showroom. they were closed permanently. what a services from reebok sellers. gr8 Add comment

So Reebok was advertising a 15% off coupon on its website which got me excited and I enrolled my email address to receive the coupon. I tried to use the coupon on an item which was ending with $.99 it accepted the coupon but didn't discount the item. Below is the exclusions which came with the discount coupon. Dear Reebok, I do not accept your statement that the shoes I designed, though they do not match the packign slip with pictures of the recipe, are unrefundable. I purchased some Reebok underwear at a department store and they were defective. When I called customer service, they said that they could only help with an item purchased from the website.
